Another problem, WWP and his government is... apathetic. It's a real pain, and we have to make some decisions.

In fact, the server's situation started to be very boring. Even if PeaceKeepers managed to keep the town, we (CS/TTT) have seen that it didn't change anything and Redding was already under constant threat of North bandits. From this point, no plan of RP is possible. Moreover, I guess it was very demotivating to know that we had to shoot on the same people, day after day, until the next wipe. Cities were empty as hell or each "smale scale PVP" became huge battle.

Now, by dismantling PK, we hope we will provoke the split of TNB to see if global agreement (which wasn't possible with TNB) is possible.

Unfortunately Chosen Soldiers disapproved and have broken the cease-fire over Redding

CONCLUSION:

To build such a project we have to get a Tri-Party Agreement
But since too much hatred exists between CS and Rogues, any project of this size is IMPOSSIBLE

Well... I'm with ya, mates. Whatever you gonna do. I fought in WWP, in Peacekeepers, now in the Judgement Day Club. I was inactive, yes, mostly due to real life activities, but it's no matter now. I'm not the head of the Redding, but if can I advice something I suggest to review our goals, our plans, our possibilities and even Redding's law codex to make it more flexible. History showed, that we can't ensure safety in Redding. Not because we're not so strong as they are. We have experienced Sarmatians, brave soldiers from Crazy 88, fine Lawyers with great leader cham0, good people from VSB, Hawks and Guardians, and even many non-faction volounteers, like me. But even with this, we failed when we was alone. Yes, we're allied with Chosens later, but Peacekeepers have failed too although former victories. So, I need the one, clear answer. Will we continue this and as who? As WWP or JDC?

Current Redding government (Max Goldrat, Balio, John Porno, Cryolead) is in exile in a cave nearby Redding.
Everyday they sit around a small table and speak about future politics of Redding.
I'm sure one day something good will come out of those discussions.

The Wasteland Professors sent a delegation from Klamath to Redding today.
At first, things went wrong and some fights occured.
This diplomatic issue has been solved after some talking.
Then, one representative of the delegation propose to build a school in Redding.
WWP will be glad to have such a school since Redding has no education structure.

Case of Wanamingo in mine remains an issue.
Killian, a biological expert has made interesting discovery about Wanamingo origins.
He will organize soon an expedition to investigate futher.

A tournament has been done in the city of Redding.
First, it was organised in the downtown but some CS suicide bombers try to spoil our fun. So, the organisers of the tournament have decided to move it to a safer destination wich is remain unknown.

Cryolead, ktt-Destroyer, Saltwater, Leon and Henk spent several hours yesterday to hunt the 15 women slaves + 5 little girls slaves asked by The North Bandits.
We have nearly gathered the whole tribute that North Bandits asked to Max Goldrat BEFORE taking control of Redding.

OOC: TNB fully played their role of Bandits and just reacted with logic because we poor citizens didn't gather the tribute they have asked us on sunday.
For this time, WE didn't respect the deal.

Max Goldrat managed to re-negociate the tribute lower with bandits explaining the cost was too high for simple farmers and miners of this small city.

And what if jdc members attack rogues when we control the town? If we resort to force, it gets incredible messy, if we don't it gets messy again because rogues will be angered.

The problem is that we owe jdc because they help us very often and some of the wwp are jdc aswell, but rogues have to power to take town when they want.

The idea is to diverisfy the roles (we are in a role play game).
=>If everyone wants to play "the action man", there won't be any role play at all => Hence the idea of some people playing the role of farmers and miners living in a small wasteland town.


JDC have similarities to bandits: - inhabitants depend on their good will to be protected or not from raiders gangs.
=> Difference is that bandits demand a tribute in exchange of peace => as far as this tribute is fun to gather (hunting women slaves in group was fun) it's ok and it's part of the post-apo universe.

Not wanting to be a mood breaker but rules of engagement better be clear to everyone. It creates bad image of us as town controllers if we don't have a common set of rules to follow. When resorting to force, it must always be based on justice rather than enforcer's random idea. So what do we do if rogues and jdc members start blasting each other in downtown?
I see 2 options: we let them blast each other or that we use force to subvert all violent characters regardless of faction.

Even tho we (Lawyers) have shown open mind (OOC), if Redding's citizens attack our agents, it would be hard to find a reason not to attack Redding and put it into martial law. For the sake of the project, i suggest trying real hard to find another solution.

PS: Of course its all roleplay, we wouldnt be angry as players, but our characters could not accept it.

Yes, you are right. I would suggest never getting militia on anyone unless he attack first (militia will fire back by itself) or you know hes a troublemaker coming to suicide bomb militia or some shit like that.

You dont have to shoot players in militia zone, since you can convince them to comply with your orders, if they dont, then maybe you can shoot em...

A new doctor in town!

A new doctor came in Redding: Doctor Wiesiek
Although he is not as qualified as Doc Johnson, citizens are always in need of a doctor.
He seems to be expert in implants on animals => if you see him, look at his cow: he has put metal implants on its head!
Maybe he should collaborate with our biologist Killian and help him in his research on Wanamingo.



First trading caravan to Hub!

After a whole day of mining of high quality ores, our scientific crafter Anne Bonnie converted them to good metal parts and good alloys.
Then, they loaded the caravan and an expedition team was gathered.
Unfortunately, a severe storm blocked the caravan near the suburbs ruins of New Reno.
And we lost radio contact with them...

Yesterday night we were attacked multiple times by CS and once by north bandits. They were both obliterated.

Hail Reddingers !

The towns mine was another time raided by unarmed and naked guys. So Cyolead lead an expedition to find a Chaman. First, we went to Klamath and its trappers. But the town was Quiet, too quiet. We interrogated some inhabitants but we found many of them dead in their houses or arround the street.



But we continuate our investigation and we found some strange guys in a house... They were GHOSTS. So we ran out from this trap !



Then, we go to the city of the Den and stats ask inhabitants for an exorcist...



Near the cathedral we've found a cemetry with opened tombs !



Then, Slaz started to elaborate a theory about Jett addicted guys and som deseperate action... No one exept of him seems to understand what he said. Bluesuit, the fourth member of our expedition stats to do strange things near the church. All the time he was with us, he done some strange things with guys and alone... We discovered the truth ! He was posseded by the demon !

So our expedition head back to Redding without any real exorcist or Shamman and without any ghost but; be careful Reddingers, Be careful...
