We tried this and it didn't work. Made us look like nazis even though we had the gang atonement system which was fair. Plus it gave lots of unnecessary work to figure out who were some suspicious characters and made even bigger group of people mad because players were shot out of sheer suspicion.
If we always give them lead, they will give it back. If we show our nicer sides, so might they. We have for example managed to show Manero that we aren't some apk-only city, that's why he helps us and didn't participate the rogues in attack.

These russians guys are encounters hunter.
The stuffed guy wait on sneak that you unloaded or have low hp (near the end of the fight) to kill you, then call his friend on radio, to loot you.
They are also accomplice with tRaidert in Modoc.

Naossano, you can report outlaws in suspicious activities so that we know to keep an eye on wasteland outlaws when they come at Redding.

Freie Jagd is a dangerous mine raider, I have tried to kill him alone, but with no avail, supposed to be in close relationships with the germans. I have seen him with leather jacket and grease gun, and sometimes with metal armor and LSW, maybe he is a hybrid?

AFAIK he was killed several times by some wwp, tsar, c88 or tttla in Redding and his stuff was never given back. Then maybe you should talk to him and solve it out instead of crying here. It seems he's angry and I doubt this post can patch it up.

Code:: 4. Give each other some respect, don't harass our own people. There's no such thing in this game that you should get mad over it, or reason so heavy you have to push someone to the limit. If someone does get mad, he best just take a break and cool off, no use to cast his bad mood on others.

Maybe better that loot is shared after battle if we win. Like we did jdc, as if one guy from one team allways takes all loot people will get mad.
