Well, *out of character*, i know he must be an ennemy scout and for sure i know he is an outlaw.

But *in character*, all i know is he admitted being a criminal, i do think he got off too easy, but what is done is done, tho i think we need to create a list of punishments for crimes, murder should be punished by more than fetching minerals. Even more, punishments by forced labor should not be a one shot deal, but rather a long term process. Forced labor should be more than a gathering timer, it is something to roleplay, escort the prisonners, make sure they dont escape, take them back to there cells, feed them, and even hunt them down if they make a run for it!
