JDC redding inside politic?

i'm not really sure where to post it, but i have a few questions about current redding inside politic. Is it free to enter for everyone who is not outlaw or only for choosen ones coz i got instakilled on downtown buy a guy named melchior without any reason(i'm not an outlaw http://s003.radikal.ru/i203/1102/33/c4b089bd9a10.jpg ).

i don't demand my stuff back, just want to see an clear answer.

You have to know something very important about Redding:

Check your pipboy to see which faction is controlling Redding => if it's Wasteland Wildlife Protectors, city is relatively safe
If another faction is controlling city, we guarantee nothing unfortunately.

Whatever happened, try to tell us the name of your agressor, it will be easier in case of trouble.

oh dude ur timing was very bad.this morning i was defending town from random outlaws and some rival factions from killing our militia.Melchior is my alt.u were killed for 2 reasons .first i thought u were there to weaken militia and second u were in sneak mode with plasma grenades in ur hand.anyway it appears ur char isnt on outlaw list so u can have ur stuff back.come tomorrow same time to give u ur nades back and in the future be more careful.
